Located on Bear Hill Road in Waltham, MA, Gratitude Hot Yoga Waltham is conveniently located at the intersection of routes 95/128, 20, and 117.What’s parking like?
Parking is ample and complimentary. Parking is available both in the front and rear of the building, with building entrances available from both lots. Stairs and an elevator provide a choice of how to find our 4th floor suite.What should I wear for class?
Wear comfortable workout/yoga clothes. Most people prefer tight fitting, moisture wicking clothing to practice in a hot studio!Are there beginner classes?
All our classes are beginner friendly! Come as you are and our skilled and experienced teachers will guide you through your practice.

YES! All of our classes are heated classes. Each class is heated to a different degree. Check out our class descriptions here to learn more about the temperature for the class you’re interested in.​
Why is the studio heated?
The heat is designed to support your workout. Controlled heat improves flexibility, strength, circulation, and recovery! All this helps you move better, train smarter, and stay resilient.

What should I bring?
Bring a yoga mat, a towel to cover your mat and water. If you are missing any of these items we have them at the studio for rent or purchase!What if I forget something for class?
We have what you need! We have Manduka mats and towels for rent or purchase as well as yoga blocks and straps available for use in class.
Can I change when I get there?
YES! We have private changing pods.​
Is there a place for my valuables?
We have lockers available in the changing area.Can I shower after class?
YES! We have showers with shampoo and body wash, shower towels for rent, and Dyson hairdryers to get your hair done quick.​
What about water?
We have a bottle filler for your convenience.​
Do you offer private lessons?
YES! You can book a private lesson for any of our classes based on the teacher’s availability. It’s a great way to learn and work through injuries or questions.
How much water should I drink before class?
Actually, your hydration for class starts the day before you practice! Drinking lots of water right before or during your class will usually make you feel sluggish and even a little nausea.Should use electrolytes?
Electrolytes are helpful in retaining hydration. Your individual needs may vary from season to season. We suggest using them after class and sticking to plain water in class.​
What if I feel lightheaded in class?
Lie down on your back and take a break anytime during class. Stay in the room and rest.​
Can I leave the room?
You can – and we suggest you stay in the room rather than go out into the lobby where the temperature decrease can feel abrupt.
Do I have to register for class in advance?
It is strongly encouraged to register in advance to hold your space in class, especially on weekends and busier class times.What if I can’t make it?
You can self-cancel online up to 2 hours before class.What if I don’t cancel my reservation?
You will be charged for any class you sign up for and do not cancel or no-show. If you are on a class pack, you lose that class. If you are on an unlimited monthly or annual membership you will be charged a fee.Are you hiring?

Our Process

Yoga Instructors
-
Certified teachers with demonstrated experience teaching heated yoga formats, pilates, sculpt, yin, restorative, and meditation.

Studio Assistants (PT)
-
Multiple part-time shifts available with preference for those interested in early a.m. (5am – 9am), evenings (4pm-8pm), and/or weekends (6am-11am). Studio Assistants open/close the studio, manage student check-in, provide customer service, and general facilities upkeep. Assistants may also work on special assignments as needed (e.g., social media, website content, client outreach, community relations).
